See this list for a quick reference of what to include.
Clients are required to print and fill out the following…#1 – Primary, #2 – Intake Questions, and #3 – Engagement Letter – Include these with your other tax preparation documents you will provide us such as W-2s, 1099s, 1095 (for health care), etc.
Individual Organizers:
While filliing out Organizer #2 – Intake Questions, when you answer YES to any line, refer to the far right column IF YES, TAKE ACTION and follow those instructions.
If the ACTION refers to a specific ORGANIZER by name, check this list for that organizer link, click and print it out and complete the worksheet. Include it with any other tax preparation materials or documents you are providing.
